1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using our applications.

2. Limited License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Prime1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install a copy of our games on mobile devices owned or controlled by you solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

When playing our games, you agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the applications.
  • Exploit cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to alter gameplay.
  • Use our games for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable international laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of game servers, networks, or connected services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to our games (including but not limited to software code, graphics, characters, music, sound effects, animations, themes, and branding) are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prime1 Lab LTD and its licensors.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Certain games may offer optional virtual currency, items, or ad-removal passes ("Virtual Items"). All purchases are processed securely through the authorized app store provider (Google Play Store via Google LLC or Apple App Store via Apple Inc.). Virtual items possess no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-refundable except as mandated by the relevant platform store policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Prime1 does not warrant that our games will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime1 Lab LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access our games.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use our games at any time without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Prime1 Lab LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
