1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and Prime1 Lab LTD (Công ty TNHH Prime1), an enterprise incorporated under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ("Prime1 Lab", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any mobile application, game, software, website, or online service published by Prime1 Lab LTD or our authorized distribution partners (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Bilateral Publishing & Platform Distribution

Prime1 Lab LTD operates an authorized bilateral publishing structure to distribute high-performance interactive software globally across mobile ecosystems:

• Google Play Store (Android): Distributed directly under corporate account Prime1 Lab LTD (Công ty TNHH Prime1) in accordance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.
• Apple App Store (iOS): Distributed via authorized development partner Nguyen Duc Tuyen (Developer ID: 1727054190) under binding commercial authorization complying with Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

Your access to our Services is additionally subject to the respective terms and platform rules of Apple Inc. (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions) and Google LLC (Google Play Terms of Service).

3. Limited License & Intellectual Property Rights

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, Prime1 Lab LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and execute a single copy of the game software on authorized mobile hardware for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

All titles, codebases, physics simulation algorithms, graphics, vector meshes, user interfaces, audio, sound effects, characters, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prime1 Lab LTD and its licensors. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based upon the Services.

4. User Conduct & Anti-Cheating Enforcement

You agree to enjoy our interactive titles fairly. You shall not:

• Use exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software to alter gameplay telemetry, frame pacing, or scores.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer client-server protocols or bypass security tokens and license verification gates.
• Engage in toxic behavior, harassment, or unlawful conduct within community or multiplayer features.
• Circumvent or manipulate digital rights management (DRM) or advertising verification mechanisms.

5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Goods

Our mobile games may offer virtual currency, unlockable skins, levels, or premium features ("Virtual Goods"). All purchases are executed through official platform billing mechanisms (Apple In-App Purchase via StoreKit 2 or Google Play In-App Billing).

Virtual Goods represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license. Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, transferred between accounts, or refunded outside of the statutory refund policies of Apple Inc. and Google LLC.

6. Third-Party Advertising & app-ads.txt

Our free-to-play games may display third-party advertisements delivered by certified programmatic advertising networks. To ensure brand safety and prevent fraudulent traffic, our authorized ad inventory is strictly declared in our public app-ads.txt specification. Users may opt out of personalized interest-based advertising via device settings (Apple ATT prompt or Google Play Advertising ID reset).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PRIME1 LAB LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIME1 LAB LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
